Modular homes are nearly 90% complete before delivery to your home site. One of the greatest advantages of modular housing is the reduced move-in time from start to finish. While craftsmen are building the modular components in a climate controlled factory, we are on site putting in your foundation, driveway and well. The smaller amount of time required to complete a new home means more real savings in interest on a construction loan. How long will it take to move in? Generally 4-8 weeks after the home is placed on the foundation. Most modular homebuilders work with buyers first to select the style of home, and then go on to assist in working out home site selection and financing. If requested, they will then contract and supervise all site work.
